HOW IT STARTED

British born founder relocated to New York City in her early twenties. She has spent a decade in the health & wellness community discovering the benefits of Reformer Pilates for mind & body along the way. After taking Pilates classes in the original 1928 Joseph Pilates studio located in Manhattan she wanted to provide this experience back home in England.
